Weight loss this week: 2 lbs
Total weight loss: 9lbs
So according to the scale, I was actually down 3 lbs this week; I think it was a fluke, or I'm dehydrated, so I logged 2 as the official loss this week. No exercise except for last weekend, so it has to be that I was much more diligent about not cheating with my food much over the weekend or during the week this week.
I've found the trick is to not spread the 'splurge' points WW gives you over the whole week; use them as true splurges, which gives your body the clue to work a little harder to burn it. Seems to be working!
I will walk this weekend with Riley's new coolio stroller (post to come) and then try to get up twice before work next weekend to workout. I need to keep the momentum going!
