Total weight loss (including before I started WW): 7lbs
The 0 pound loss was going to be a huge boo. But, I stepped up my exercise this week and incorporated free weights. And due to that, I was able to fit into some capris I haven't worn forever! So I am now re-energized and I will keep going as it looks like I am toning up an building some muscle, so I should start shedding pounds again soon!
