I've been back on the Weight Watchers train for a couple of weeks. Last week, lost 3 lbs. Pretty sure it was mostly water weight since I stopped indulging in all junk food. This week, well, I held steady. I was on track to lose, then Riley got sick, we got tired and there was take out.
I will pick back up with my 5k training next week and keep posting on my progress. I am determined to finish it this time! No pesky holidays to get in the way. :)
