Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a plan......sort of

Well, I went to the doctor again yesterday. Progressed a little bit more, but sadly, found out that my blood pressure is still tracking higher than the doctor is comfortable with. So, she's set up a plan:

• I go back to see her on Thursday of this week before she goes on vacation and I keep monitoring my blood pressure at home
• If everything is fine, I go back on Monday to see one of the partners in the practice
• If he decides it's necessary, I will be induced the next day, the 29th, and he will be delivering
• If he decides it isn't necessary, I will be induced on Sunday, the 3rd, when my doctor is back

Jury is still out on a c-section. As I've mentioned, they think she's big, but they'll have no way of knowing for sure until I try to labor. She hasn't dropped yet, but since I'm just over 37 weeks, the doctor said it could just be she's not ready, but it could also mean she's just too big. So only time will tell on that one.
