We put up our tree just after Thanksgiving, and surprisingly (or not so, since we know our daughter so well), Riley's not that interested in the tree. Works out well for us! We abandoned the usual red and silver bulbs for more unique decorations this year, some of which are from Jeff's childhood. We have a pre-lit tree, which cuts so much time and effort out of the process.
