State of the Mannings Address

It's been a busy busy couple of weeks! Work slowed down for a bit, but is back up again. Ugh. And we've been busting our butt getting the house ready to put on the market. It's been on the market for a day and we've had two showings already. I hope it sells quickly!

Grandma Julie and Grandpa Jack visited for the week of Jeff's birthday; Grandma Julie was a huge help with Riley Kate and getting the yard in shape for spring. Here is a pic of Riley and Grandpa Jack playing with her tricycle she got for Christmas:



And I don't think I blogged about it, but we were also busy having playdates with Riley's friend Larkin at the bouncy house place. The girls didn't take to it quite as much as we thought, and what Jen and I learned is that we need to go around 5pm when all the birthday parties are ending so the girls don't get knocked around. I also witnessed a fight between two little boys that resulted in a bloody face for one of them. Rough times at the bouncy house!
